Salon Policies

Confirmations, Late Arrivals & Cancellations

While it is not always possible to contact a client directly, every effort will be made to confirm your appointment two days in advance by our online booking system (through email or text).

A 24-Hour notice to cancel is required. A missed appointment means a loss of availability for other clients. We realize circumstances occasionally arise which are completely out of one’s control, and we truly understand. Still, any missed appointment will result in a 50% Service Fee of the appointment scheduled. 

For New Clients, we require a $50-$100 deposit, depending on services. This deposit will be applied upon receiving your service at checkout.  We appreciate your consideration for our stylist's time.

We understand that sometimes it is inevitable that you may run late for an appointment. The time that you have scheduled is yours to use at your discretion. We will make every effort to deliver your services to you as best can be met by the remainder of your scheduled time.

Services Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with any of your service you had received, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within three days. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color. Full-service price applies after three days. We do not offer refunds for any hair services.

For example, you requested blond highlights and then decide to have dark brown lowlights, or you requested a long bob and then want long layer cut, then this request is not a “haircut or color modification or a do-over” and is subject to an additional charge for the new service requested.

Salon h will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon.  The corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results.  Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

Salon Etiquette 

Salon h reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no-shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.

Our waiting area is cozy and will only accommodate a few people. Please limit the number of people who are waiting for you during your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Products

15-day return or exchange policy of unopened products purchased at Salon h. We will gladly allow you to take home samples of any product of interest. If you are sensitive to scents or ingredients, this policy will allow you to try before you buy. There are no exchanges, returns, or refunds on brushes, discounted items, tools, & Gift Cards.

Payment Methods

We accept the following: Cash, Venmo, Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
