Cancellation, Consultation & Booking Policy
I truly value the time set aside for each appointment, and every booking is reserved especially for you. Because appointment times are limited and often booked in advance, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This notice allows me to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) may be charged up to 100% of the service total, and future bookings may require a deposit.
If you arrive late, I will always do my best to accommodate you. However, depending on the schedule for the day, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled so that I can remain on time for other clients.
Color Consultations
All color services require a 15-minute consultation prior to your appointment. This allows us to discuss your goals, ensure the correct timing is scheduled, and create the best possible results for your hair.
New Client Booking Deposite
A $50 deposit is required for all new clients to reserve an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service total at the time of your appointment.
The deposit secures your reserved appointment time and may be forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or in the event of a no-show.
