Salon Policies
Confirmations, Late Arrivals & Cancellations
We strive to make your experience as smooth as possible, which is why we do our best to confirm your appointment two days in advance through our online booking system (via email or text). While we may not always be able to reach you directly, we appreciate your attention to the reminder.
To ensure fairness to all clients, we ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that life happens, and unexpected situations can arise. In the event of a missed appointment, we do apply a 50% service fee to cover the time reserved for you.
For new clients, we request a deposit of $50-$100 (depending on the services scheduled). This deposit will be applied toward your final balance at checkout. Thank you for understanding the importance of reserving your stylist’s time!
If you're running late, please let us know. We understand that delays happen! While we’ll do our best to accommodate the remaining time, we may need to adjust the services to fit within your scheduled appointment.
Services Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you're not fully happy with any service you've received, please reach out within three days so we can schedule a complimentary redo. Please note, this policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color after the service is completed. If you're looking for a different style or color than originally planned, there will be an additional charge based on the new service requested.
For example, if you initially requested blonde highlights and later want to add dark brown lowlights, or if you wanted a long bob but decide to go for a longer layered cut, these requests would be considered a change in service and will be charged accordingly.
Please note, we cannot offer corrective color for work done outside our salon. If you've had color treatments elsewhere, we may need multiple sessions to achieve your desired result, as home coloring products can affect the outcome.
Salon Etiquette
At Salon H, we maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all our clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons such as improper conduct, repeated tardiness, or no-shows. We want everyone to feel comfortable and respected.
Our waiting area is cozy and has limited space, so we kindly ask that you limit the number of guests accompanying you to your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Products
We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy for unopened products purchased at Salon H. If you're unsure about a product, feel free to ask for a sample! This allows you to try it out before committing. Please note, there are no returns or exchanges on brushes, discounted items, tools, or gift cards.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via cash, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
